- Surgery for Head and neck cancer: - Wide local resection of oral / tongue malignancy/ commando surgery/ segmental or marginal or hemi-mandibulectomy for primary lesion - Neck dissection with Modified Radical Neck Dissection/ selective Neck dissection - Reconstruction of oral defects post Wide local excision with pedicled flaps
- Surgery for breast cancer - modified radical mastectomy - breast conservation surgery with Reconstruction ( local and regional flaps)
- Surgery for esophageal cancers - diagnosis and clinical staging - Trans hiatal esophagectomy - Trans thoracic esophagectomy with VATS assistance - combination of VATS for esophageal mobilization - Feeding jejunostomy for palliation of dysphagia - distal / Subtotal / total gastrectomy with lymph node dissection
- Surgeries for colo- Rectal cancers - hemicolectomy with bowel anastomosis - total colectomy - technique of complete Mesocolic excision for colonic cancers - Anterior Resection / Low anterior Resection/ abdomino- Perineal resection( APR)/ Extra levator Abdomino Perineal Excision ( ELAPE) - emergency procedures with bowel diversion in intestinal obstruction
- Surgery for gynecological malignancy - wertheims hysterectomy/ type C radical hysterectomy/ simple hysterectomy with pelvic lymph nodes dissection and para aortic lymph nodes sampling or dissection- surgical staging or interval debulking surgery or Cyto Reduction surgery for ca ovary with pelvic/ para aortic lymph node dissection - Normothermic Intra Peritoneal Chemotherapy post surgery in ovarian cancer patients - multimodality treatment for gynecological malignancy
- Surgical for urologic malignancy - radical / partial nephrectomy for kidney cancer - radical cystectomy with Pelvic Lymph node dissection with continent or incontinent urinary diversion
- With the assistance of urologist - DJ stenting for malignant urological obstruction - TURBT for bladder cancer with intravesical BCG therapy
- Multimodal therapy of other cancers like - lung cancer - bone cancer - Soft tissue sarcoma
- Diagnostic procedures - trucut biopsy - endoscopy/ colonoscopy/ bronchoscopy guided biopsy - imaging guided biopsy
- Screening for cancer - Breast cancer screening - cervical cancer screening - colorectal cancer screening - prostate cancer screening
